HEPHFORGE

Evidence-chained AI intelligence for crypto

Written by: Fatih

Crypto has no shortage of information. What it lacks is information you can trace. When you see a number, you usually cannot find out where it came from, when it was measured, or who checked it.

HEPHFORGE is a workshop built the other way round: behind every sentence we publish there is an open source address, a measurement date, and a status label saying how much weight it can carry. When we are wrong we do not delete the line — we strike it through and write down why.

How it works

An automated monitor sweeps a chosen set of open sources at regular intervals and records only what changed: which record was first seen, and when. Those raw observations live in a public evidence archive — before any analysis, and independently of it.

Then a human reads them, and the reading becomes a weekly write-up. The reading is arguable; the observation is not — it sits there with its date and its link.

What we do not sell

We do not trade, we do not custody assets, we do not tell anyone what to buy, and we do not publish price forecasts. These are not gaps but deliberate limits, and we explain each one on its own page.

The full method is on the Method page; which sources we use and which we deliberately do not is on Sources.
